Care3 Launches Measures Tracking, Advancing Real-World Data Collection Capabilities

Single-point and cumulative measures charted daily in real-time.

Care3 users can easily post single-point or cumulative measures anytime to track daily health experience. Building upon existing symptom tracking and charting capabilities, Care3 users can now fully capture and document their health experiences. This real-world data is often the missing link doctors need to understand what happens between visits and optimize treatment plans.

Care3 members each receive a Health Timeline. Members can post symptoms, (adverse) events, tasks, appointments, media and more to their Timelines to fully capture real-world health experiences between doctor visits. Care3 is HIPAA-compliant so data can be shared directly with health care professionals.

The free version of Care3 for consumers has default measures. 

Default single-point measures include:

  • Body Temperature (F and C)

  • Heart Rate (bpm)

  • Height (inches and cm)

  • Oxygen Levels (percent)

  • Weight (lbs and kg)

Default cumulative measures include:

  • Calories

  • Fluid Intake (ml)

Paying enterprise care programs can select and customize their own list of measures along with symptoms, events, and care tasks, disciplines and more to best serve their populations.
